Since our first day of full riding was horribly rained out and insanely windy, our wonderful guides Nigel and Padraic set up some fun and educational things for us to experience. We had an amazing tour of the Burren with a local and very colorful tour guide. This is the site that the VBT van dropped us off at for our tour. This is an old shrine to someone but honestly I dont remember. We were told that if you stand on the front rock with your heels touching this one particular rock, throw a pebble over your shoulder (right?...left?...dont remember) and made a wish, it would come true. There were a lot of things to remember but I guess it worked because I wished that we would be able to ride all of the following days of our trip. It all came true.
